Responsibilities

Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions
Provide sound guidance on HR matters such as termination and transfer procedures
Lead meetings with clients and external employees for termination discussions
Draft termination documents and ensure compliance in offboarding activities
Contribute to process improvements and automation for a better offboarding experience
