Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.• If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Any requests to come to the office would be communicated with you in advance.What does it take to be successful at Aflac?• Acting with Integrity• Communicating Effectively• Pursuing Self-Development• Serving Customers• Supporting Change• Supporting Organizational Goals• Working with Diverse PopulationsWhat does it take to be successful in this role?• In-depth ITSM platform expertise: Strong understanding of ITSM platform's Asset Management module, including customization and advanced features• Advanced reporting skills: Proficiency in creating and analyzing complex reports in ITSM platform, including the use of dashboards and performance analytics• Project management: Ability to manage asset-related projects within ITSM platform, such as large-scale deployments or audits• Process automation: Skills in automating asset management processes using ITSM platform's workflow capabilities• Vendor management: Strong skills in managing vendor relationships and contracts, with records maintained in ITSM platform• Compliance and risk management: Knowledge of using ITSM platform to track and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements• Leadership and mentorship: Ability to lead and develop junior team members in asset management best practices and in the ITSM platformEducation & Experience Required• Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field• Two or more years of IT Asset Management work experienceOr an equivalent combination of education and experiencePrincipal Duties & Responsibilities• Responsible for non-standard ITSM system work-order tasks related to asset requests• Involved with the full lifecycle of asset from acquisition, deployment, and disposal• Facilitate license review meetings with internal stakeholders on a regular basis by coordinating internal asset audits to reduce cost• Responsible for managing database repositories to ensure the accuracy of asset data; monitoring and reconciling changes in inventory• Review non-standard asset related procurement system purchase requests that are not associated with day-to-day work-order requests• Assist with development of and participates with continually enhancing processes and methods to track, disperse and control assets• Respond to non-standard queries related to asset management from internal stakeholders• Responsible for non-standard mobile devices support requests• Responsible for facilitating the recovery of unused assets• Facilitates tracking and documentation of asset assignments, moves, and changes to maintain consistency and accuracy of asset information• Coordinates and facilitates tracking of physical assets and documentation of inventory activities, that are managed by the asset database• Coordinates the disposal of assets by working with various departments and facilities to move pallets of equipment and inventory the assets; and also coordinate with external vendors for recycling• Assist with non-standard asset deployments; includes tracking of delivery logistics, tracking of inventory flow and customer communication• Performs other duties as requiredTotal RewardsThis compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
