Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote role will be crucial in building, managing, and executing email marketing campaigns across various platforms, primarily HubSpot, with opportunities to work with Klaviyo and Braze for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to contribute to data-driven optimization.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Development & Execution: Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, including templates, automation flows, and broadcast emails within HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Braze.
Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot (essential), Klaviyo, and Braze (essential).
List Management & Segmentation: Manage and segment email lists within each platform to target specific audiences effectively.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests on various email elements to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with other team members to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies and client goals.
Quality Assurance: Vet email campaigns with team members to ensure accuracy and quality before deployment.
Compliance & Best Practices: Adhere to email marketing best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices within HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, and the broader email marketing landscape.

Must-haves:
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
English proficiency.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM,Klaviyo and Braze.
Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, automation, and analytics.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies.
Copywriting skills for effective email content.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Nice to have:
Retention marketing experience.
Data analysis skills to drive email optimization.
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
