Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager with a strong focus on business development and sales to join our growing consulting firm. The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to contribute to research, lead generation, outreach efforts, and client relationship management.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, conducting research to identify leads from various sources, and supporting project delivery. Your focus will be on the sales and business development aspects of project management, ensuring the company’s strategic goals are met through tailored outreach and follow-ups, as well as participating in soft pitches.

Responsibilities:
