To further our mission, we are looking for an AGILE COACH to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to teams to improve agile practices.

  • Conduct all agile sprint ceremonies for the P&E department, ensuring they align with business objectives.

  • Lead workshops and training sessions on agile methodologies.

  • Design agile ceremonies in other departments outside of P&E to promote a collaborative work environment.

  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of agile practices and communicate results to stakeholders.

  • Evaluate team performance by supporting the execution of our global performance management & career progression framework, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting process changes to enhance efficiency and quality.

  • Collaborate with the Head of People to build a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Ideate and promote workshops and events aimed at enhancing the feedback culture.

  • Collaborate with P&C to build measures and frameworks to tackle and improve conflict resolution activities

  • Create and improve regular events such as Hackathons and Department Health Checks aligned with P&C and Employer Branding strategies.

  • Serve as the connection point between POs, Engineers, and Designers to ensure releases are effective and painless.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Management Engineering, or a related field.

  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist).

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in similar roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and motivate teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile tools such as Atlassian Suite, MIRO, ClickUp, and others.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English - business proficient.
