Luxury Real Estate Developer Creative Specialist
AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a highly creative and talented Creative Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who possesses a flair for design and a passion for storytelling, aiming to craft engaging content that highlights the elegance of our luxury properties. As a Creative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's narrative and visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and promotional content
- Develop and design digital assets that align with AHS's luxury branding and positioning
- Conduct market research to identify design trends and customer preferences in the luxury real estate market
- Support the creation of engaging multimedia content, such as videos and animations, to enhance marketing initiatives
- Assist in maintaining the company’s visual standards and ensuring brand consistency across all channels
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies to oversee creative projects and ensure timely delivery
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and strategies
- Provide input and support for events, exhibitions, and presentations, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a creative role, ideally within luxury real estate, advertising, or related industries (7 years)
- Strong portfolio that showcases a range of design projects reflecting creativity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, INDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- A passion for luxury design and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals
- Experience with video editing and multimedia content creation is a plus
