As a vital member of our team, you'll be the go-to expert for customers across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, especially in the DACH region. Your role is about more than just implementation; it's about fostering relationships and ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our state-of-the-art MRI solutions. You'll be involved in installing and configuring our system at new customer sites, providing in-depth training on the product, and tackling any inquiries to optimize usage and satisfaction. With your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you'll help steer the success of our partners and clients by aligning closely with the Head of Customer Success and collaborating with our Business Development Managers. This position requires a mix of hands-on technical knowledge and exceptional communication abilities, particularly in English, with German proficiency being a big plus.
