Recruiting Coordinator (Temporary)

We are seeking a motivated Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our small but mighty HR team at Accredited Labs. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hiring activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones while ensuring a positive candidate and interviewer experience. 
  • Communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams. 
  • Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and postings across various platforms. 
  • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed about the interview process. 
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as offer letter preparation and background checks. 
  • Partner with HR with additional projects and duties. 
  • Help update offer templates and other Recruiting Templates. 

This is an hourly Fixed-Term (Temporary) Employment position is anticipated for 6- 12 months. No agency candidates will be considered. 

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ year of recruiting coordinator experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Workable is preferred. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

Due to the nature of this temporary position, you will not be eligible to participate in the company’s employee benefits programs such as, but not limited to, dental and vision, 401k, nor will you be eligible for paid time off. You will be eligible to enroll in the company's medical benefits.
