Additionally, this role will be key to supporting our corporate treasury with necessary reporting, analysis, and resources to empower decision making related to our custodial asset management program.Responsibilities• Support recurring deliverables to Alegeus’ internal accounting and corporate revenue teams to ensure correct financial reporting around our custodial revenue.• Initiate cross-functional projects and work independently and in a team environment to identify and resolve issues impacting Alegeus’ revenue.• Perform independent analysis to answer questions, solve problems, and support Alegeus’ custodial asset management program.• Drive internal process improvement and efficiency objectives.• Generate and report required metrics to internal stakeholders as assigned.• Partner with the Investment Operations team to execute strategy in coordination and partnership with our clients.• Work individually and within a team to leverage systems based on Clearwater Analytics and Modern Treasury as well as Excel-based internal tools to accomplish large and complex projects with company-wide impacts.Education/Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another related field required.• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.• Experience in asset management or treasury for a bank, insurance company, or similar large asset manager strongly preferred.• Strong Excel knowledge is required (i.e. Pivot tables/Vlookups/IF statements, etc.).• Modern Treasury or Clearwater Analytics experience preferred.• SQL or VBA knowledge preferred.VALUES (the “How”)At Alegeus, equally important to the “What” (the individual performance goals that each employee commits to in support of the company’s overall success) is the “How” (the framework of principles that guide how we work together to drive our business forward).
