Home Health Links is seeking compassionate Physical Therapists to provide coverage throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County. Enjoy flexible scheduling and seeing patients close to home! Responsibilities:

  • Assess the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient
  • Develop an appropriate treatment plan for each patient; update and modify treatment plan on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care
  • Use clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress
  • Maintain records with accuracy and discretion

Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current and unrestricted CA PT license; or ability to apply
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Home Health experience preferred; not required

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is: $90-$130/visit

We are looking for PT coverage in the following areas: Ventura, Oxnard, Pasadena, South LA, Inglewood, Torrance, Long Beach, Carson, Wilmington, Glendale, Burbank, San Fernando Valley, Monterey Park, Oak Park, Calabasas, and Agoura Hills.
