SUMMARY: The Director of Business Development will work closely with sales leadership to deliver on various business development initiatives to support retail and organic growth within the wealth management space. This role is critical to future sales initiatives for the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a, experienced industry sales professional who loves working directly with businesses and clients, has a proven track record of sales success, and wants to work in a goal-oriented, challenging, and rewarding environment. This full time role will ideally be based out of our Dallas office with some in office work and some work from home work. But if not Dallas, we will consider candidates in most locations within the United State for mostly work from home. In either position, travel will be required for up an average of two trips per month of 2 days a trip.
