Alo Yoga requires candidates for the Operations Associate position to have at least 1 year of experience in a sales and operational environment, along with a passion for customer service. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting 50 pounds and moving dynamically around the store, is essential. As an ideal candidate, you should also be self-motivated and capable of working well both independently and as part of a team.

The work schedule for the Operations Associate role at Alo Yoga is full-time with non-exempt status. Associates are expected to have open availability between 32 to 40 hours a week, including weekends. It's essential to be available during peak shopping periods, like Thanksgiving and the holiday season, to support the store's operational needs.
