Office Manager

Denver, CO - Artifact Uprising is seeking an Office Manager to help scale & support our growing team. As a key member of the People Operations Team you will work with both internal and external stakeholders to create an exceptional employee experience. As our Office Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, playing a critical role in managing our office environment, supporting the executive team, and championing our organizational values. 


You have a positive energy that you bring to the office every day to keep spirits high and the office running smoothly. You bring creative ideas to the table to make the Artifact Uprising culture better through continuous improvement. You enjoy the challenge of managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally across all teams in the organization. While you work great independently, you love being a part of a team and helping out wherever you can to keep things operating as efficiently as possible.


Job Responsibilities
  • Office Management
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Own & manage the office budget, including expense tracking, vendor management, and procurement of supplies.
  • Plan and execute company events, including team-building activities, holiday parties, and leadership retreats.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for building management and maintenance needs.
  • Keep the team well informed of office-related issues, plans, company holidays, etc.
  • Create a memorable employment experience through day-to-day interactions and sponsored team events.

  • Executive Assistance
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials.
  • Anticipate and respond to quick pivots and needs from leadership with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for the executive team.
  • Schedule board meetings including coordinating with board members on availability and logistics. 

  • Human Resources Support
  • Assist the HR team with interview scheduling and onboarding for candidates & new employees. 
  • Assist with employee onboarding including scheduling orientation, equipment setup and account access.
  • Champion company values by fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture and acting as a resource for employee concerns.
  • Support the employee led culture committee and be the liaison for logistics, budget & scheduling. 
  • Maintain legal files and records, and handle confidential information and documents with utmost discretion.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in Office Manager/Executive Assistant role
  • Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
  • Flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude through all situations 
  • Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong ability to take initiative and find creative solutions to various problems
  • "Customer service" minded professional
  • Exceptional communication skills


$55,000 - $65,000 a year
