We’re looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and improving our operational processes as we continue to scale.Your Role
As an Operational Excellence Manager, you will:
Analyze existing operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Design and implement scalable processes to drive efficiency, enhance performance, and meet KPIs across operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Intelligence, Product, Marketing) to align operational strategies with business goals.
Lead and manage projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and automation, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
Utilize tools like Excel and project management software to streamline operations and monitor progress.
Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and implementation of operational initiatives.
Your Profile
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in operations, process optimization, or project management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Hands on: Eager to get your hands dirty and move the company forward.
