WHAT WILL YOU DO
This individual will assist in the development and implementation of long-term quality strategies. This position identifies quality gaps, implements reporting processes to track quality improvements, enhance current systems, defines and prioritizes high-value quality projects, and reports the findings of the quality analysis to upper management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must have a minimum of a Bacheloros degree in a chemical, physical or biological science or medical technology from than accredited institution.
Must have at least 2 years of laboratory training or experience or both in non-waived testing in the designated specialty or subspecialty areas of service for which the technical consultant is responsible.
Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
Must exhibit strong leadership skills, set and achieve goals, learn and adapt to change, and possess strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of organization skills.
Understand quality systems and processes and make data driven decisions with strong analytical skills.
Valid drivers License required.
