In this exciting remote position, you'll leverage behavioral data analysis and predictive modelling to optimize program performance. Your mission will include refining how points are allocated, forecasting trends in redemption, and ultimately influencing strategic decision-making. Working closely with the Loyalty & Rewards Lead, you'll take ownership of developing and continually improving data models and algorithms that shape how Legacy Points are earned and redeemed. You’ll get to collaborate with various teams across Product, Marketing, Learning, and Engineering to implement effective learner engagement strategies.
