DescriptionThe Seller Strategic Communications team is looking for a Sr. PMM to improve Selling Partner experience by continually raising the bar for communications quality. As a Sr. product marketing manager in the Seller Communications team, you will be part of a team tasked with developing go-to-market strategy and messaging frameworks and positioning that helps sellers be successful on Amazon.com. You will drive initiatives like educating sellers on the latest announcements that impact their business and success. You will work in a highly cross-functional organization and will be responsible for ensuring we have the processes and content in place to ensure seller readiness.The ideal candidate has expertise in driving GTM in highly matrixed organizations and a genuine interest in creating value for Sellers. The candidate must be comfortable diving into data, distilling insights, and holding internal teams accountable to communications quality standards.Key job responsibilities• Craft & develop compelling stories, content and tools (messaging framework, success stories, product videos) that land our value proposition for sellers• Engage with product and business teams to define the GTM strategy and success criteria to drive seller readiness• Own messaging strategy and collaborate with the Editorial team to deliver impactful content across multiple communication channels including Seller News, blog, social, and emails• Plan and execute marketing initiatives for events such as Amazon Accelerate to showcase the messaging, content, keynotes, and breakout sessions that will inspire and educate sellers• Assist in content experiments to improve content quality and engagement (e.g., open rate, click rate, CTA clicks) across channels.• Continuously measure and optimize product marketing initiativesAbout the teamThe Selling Partner Communities organization (Communities) builds lasting connections with, and drives the success of our Selling Partners (SPs).Our products, such as news and forums, are currently used by millions of Selling Partners worldwide to engage with Amazon and foster an active and inclusive community and information exchange among SPs. These products also provide valuable insights into Selling Partner sentiment and issues.We are currently re-imagining how we enable our SPs to engage with other sellers, form Communities, and interact with Amazon.Basic Qualifications• 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs• Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launchesPreferred Qualifications• Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targetingAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
