Join our team and be a part of shaping the next generation of AI-driven products at Amazon.Develop and design intuitive and user-friendly AI experiences for Amazon customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technology constraints.Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts.Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of designs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to AI and UX design.Advocate for the user and champion a user-centered design approach.Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.Collaborate with data scientists and AI experts to understand and incorporate AI principles into designs.Ensure consistency and coherence across all AI experiences within Amazon's ecosystem.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Use data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the success of designs.Continuously gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
