Emerging Talent Rotational Program (ETRP) – Site Operations

What you will do
Our “Fuel Your Potential” Emerging Talent Rotational Program (ETRP) is designed for ambitious early-career professionals who want to grow as leaders and innovators in global biotechnology. As part of this 24-month program, you’ll complete three dynamic 8-month rotations within our Site Operations organization, which includes Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and / or Engineering. The start-date of the program is September 1, 2025.

Along the way, you’ll gain a broad understanding of our operations, sharpen your leadership and technical skills, and build a powerful network across the company.

What we expect of you

  • Master’s degree (by September) in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience—whether through student organizations, internships, volunteering, or team-based projects.
  • Genuine interest in Site Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering).
  • Comfortable with shift work during the Manufacturing rotation to gain vital on-the-ground experience.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data skills.
