Job Description


As a Market Insight Analyst, you work closely with the Connection & Strategy Department in translating and connecting the dots between qualitative and quantitative data into relevant and useable consumer insights that help strategists identify and solve challenges in the marketplace for the client’s brand.

Success in this position is measured by the ability to perform analytical analysis utilizing qualitative and quantitative research, collaborate with outside research vendors to create custom research, and work hand in hand with the Strategic Planners to create insights that drive business results.

An ideal candidate will deeply understand the strengths, weaknesses, and use cases for qualitative and quantitative research methods, have experience with multiple quantitative data analysis techniques, and 1-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate closely with the Market Insights Manager and Strategic Planning team to transform data into insights that can be acted upon, using compelling presentations.
  • Keep yourself informed of the most current vendors, methods, and tools, and offer valuable recommendations to the team.
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to manage the day-to-day build of custom studies.
  • Conduct various analyses using primary and syndicated research to inform stakeholders of industry landscape.
  • The ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications


Candidate experience should include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • One or more years of data analysis experience, using tools such as mTab, SPSS, and/or Excel.
  • Experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Proven success managing multiple requests and implementing feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to also see and act on the bigger picture .
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional persuasive communication and presentation skills (written/verbal).

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $52,500.00 - $83,5000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
