About the role
Join ANDY Transport as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll nurture strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the seamless delivery of logistics solutions. As the main contact for specific accounts, collaborate with internal teams, optimize transportation plans, and contribute to achieving division targets. Your role involves daily customer communication, prompt issue resolution, and proactive customer satisfaction efforts.
