Summary of Position:
The Therapy Office Manager primary responsibility involves the overall management and evaluation of therapy administrative functions in the assigned territory. The Therapy Office Manager will provide leadership, coordination, and day-to-day management for all aspects of the assigned administrative responsibilities in a manner that ensures high quality, cost-effective operations. He or she will perform activities that contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic goals and initiatives. Daily organization and provision of individual therapy and other services will be assigned or required. Duties include but are not limited to the following responsibilities below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- General understanding of therapy administrative job duties including those of the Therapy Referral Coordinators, Therapy Case Coordinators, and Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Administrative oversight of therapy departments including Therapy Referral Coordinators, Therapy Case Coordinators, and Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Oversight of daily routines and procedures.
- Conducting routine meetings and other meetings as needed.
- Coordination with other departments as needed.
- Other: Quarterly Chart Audits, Inventory Tasks, Customer Service to Clients and Potential Clients, Authorization Approval and/or Denial Tasks, and Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Administrative staff interviewing, hiring, training, support, and mentorship.
- Performance management and evaluations.
- Change management.
- Compliance: Assure departmental processes are adhering to Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern this agency.
- Routine reporting as assigned.

Education and Experience Specifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related industry preferred
Physical Demands & Working Environment:
- Ability to regularly sit, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, balance, crouch, crawl, push, pull, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
- Ability to frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

Work Environment
- The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.
- The work environment is highly variable, as care is provided in private homes.

- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or cold conditions, household pets/animals, fumes or airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- The noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate.
Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
