We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts payable processes, strong administrative skills, and experience in the real estate industry. This role involves handling invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.Key Responsibilities:Review, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.Reconcile accounts and ensure proper documentation for payments.Assist with month-end closing tasks and financial reporting as needed.Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all transactions.Qualifications:Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in a real estate (residential or commercial) or property management setting.Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar is a plus).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
