We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage high-performing campaigns for clients across various industries, primarily in the US. You’ll work with a diverse, close-knit, and ambitious team that values innovation, autonomy, and results.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage 10–15 Google Ads accounts with ad spends ranging from $2,000 to $50,000+ USD/month
- Strategize and execute winning campaigns for eCommerce and lead generation clients
- Collaborate with international clients and team members
- Analyze performance data and optimize for maximum ROI
- Deliver clear, confident client communication and reporting
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Ability to juggle 10+ clients simultaneously
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bonus: experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
- Previous agency experience preferred
- Stable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet and professional workspace
- Flexibility to attend meetings or collaborate with US-based clients (Eastern Time zone)
Competitive salary: $40,000–$50,000+ USD annually (Roughly R450K–R750K)
