We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist to manage high-performing campaigns for clients across various industries, primarily in the US. You’ll work with a diverse, close-knit, and ambitious team that values innovation, autonomy, and results.

Salary - $3500 / month

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage 10–15 Google Ads accounts with ad spends ranging from $2,000 to $50,000+ USD/month
  • Strategize and execute winning campaigns for eCommerce and lead generation clients
  • Collaborate with international clients and team members
  • Analyze performance data and optimize for maximum ROI
  • Deliver clear, confident client communication and reporting
  • In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results
  • Ability to juggle 10+ clients simultaneously
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus: experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
  • Previous agency experience preferred
  • Stable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
  • Quiet and professional workspace
  • Flexibility to attend meetings or collaborate with US-based clients (Eastern Time zone)
