Moreover, the incumbent devises solutions and functional tech support across various platforms. An employee in this position is responsible for creating the user experience for our audience by keeping our websites current and branded, developing portals and UX/UI in our CRM, and managing dashboards for internal use. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS Apply user interface/experience principles to design, maintain, and modify the websites and related links and pages to ensure they are easy to understand and navigate. Works closely with senior leadership for content relating to the applicant funnel. Modify, maintain, and design web content for University's centralized Applicant Portal. Manage content library and all style sheets. Maintains a dashboard with analytics from multi-channel marketing campaigns. Utilizes Slate Technolutions to create portals and solutions for various populations and events. Manages permissions and rules to filter access to pages and certain content in the CRM. Ensures web optimization by performing monthly audits of assets, load times, broken links, etc. Creates original email templates and web pages in Slate using html, java script, and css. Serves as primary source for department users for the coordination of websites, portals, and interactive components. Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the websites within the unit and compliance with University policies and procedures. Ensures teammates are trained within the function and on University policy and procedures. Support creative team in Slate campaign strategies. Provide design recommendations based on message and audience. Continuously refresh branding based on brand guidelines and industry trends. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, UX Design, Communications, or related field required. Experience: At least three years of experience in design/marketing environment with a significant focus on Web projects and Web programming. Any relevant education, certifications and/or work experience may be considered.
