As the Field Marketing Manager in our Marketing team, you will play a key role in leveraging our strategic partnerships to drive market penetration and revenue growth. Working within our Account-Based Experience (ABX) framework, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and partners to craft and execute high-impact co-marketing initiatives that showcase our value proposition, generate leads, and expand our reach in the air cargo industry.
This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to be driving the digitalization of air freight and logistics in a fast-growing Series B company backed by leading Venture Capital firms including Index and Bessemer.

Developing and executing co-marketing strategies with strategic partners to amplify joint value propositions and promote cargo.one.
Collaborating with both partner sales teams and internal sales teams to communicate our value proposition and craft sales enablement materials that drive engagement and adoption among freight forwarders.
Building strong relationships with strategic partners to unlock new business opportunities and deepen collaboration.
Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to participate in partner-organized events, trade shows, and conferences.
Organizing joint initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and customer-focused events, driving awareness and generating qualified leads.
Aligning partner marketing efforts with our overarching account strategies and prioritization, ensuring a unified approach to key stakeholders.
Creating and executing targeted campaigns that highlight the unique benefits of our offerings, tailored to priority accounts.
Analyzing the performance of partnership-driven campaigns and tactics, and optimizing efforts for maximum impact and ROI.
Developing training and enablement programs for partner sales teams and internal teams, equipping them with tools and resources to effectively promote cargo.one.
Ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all partner marketing materials and initiatives, reinforcing our positioning.

Proven 5+ years of experience as in Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, or similar role - preferably in the logistics or technology sector.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of developing successful co-marketing campaigns and event strategies.
Experience in collaborating with sales teams and creating sales enablement programs and materials.
Data-driven approach to marketing with strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
A go-getter attitude - you take the initiative and roll up your sleeves to do what needs to be done.
