Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social media campaigns; manage budgets; analyze campaign performance; collaborate with organic social and influencer marketing teams.
Skills: 3+ years managing Meta and LinkedIn paid media campaigns; certifications in digital marketing; strong analytical skills; ability to collaborate effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications in Meta and LinkedIn marketing solutions; background in organic social media is a plus.
Location: Hybrid schedule with presence required in Leawood, Kansas, or Burlington, MA; remote candidates considered within the USA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $55,000 - $80,000.

In this role as a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will develop, optimize, and maintain paid social media campaigns across Ascend brands to drive growth in channel performance and revenue impact. You will work collaboratively with paid media managers and other paid media specialists in support of product marketing plans and their corresponding paid media plans.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office location. Remote candidates will be considered within the United States.
