Position Summary
The Housing and Childcare Program Coordinator supports the Vice President of Housing and Childcare in the conceptualization and realization of programs and initiatives in Aspen One’s employee housing and childcare functions. With guidance directly from the VP of Housing and Childcare and in coordination with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and others, duties will include: coordination of allocation processes, internal/external communications of the housing and childcare team efforts, growth of the Tenants for Turns program, childcare employee support efforts, and other programs aimed at creating greater efficiency within the operations of AO’s existing housing and childcare efforts. This position reports to the VP of Housing and Childcare.
