Votre Mission :

Sous la responsabilité du Head of People, vous intégrez l’équipe RH afin d’accompagner la croissance de Gojob en étant le HRBP H/F de votre périmètre, à savoir la Tech (50 personnes) et la supervision des US. Le poste est basé au sein de notre siège principal, sur Aix en Provence (avec 2 jours de télétravail). 


Vos Responsabilités :

Développement/conseils RH : 

Vous êtes capable d’apporter de nouvelles solutions aux problématiques RH.

Vous gérez de manière autonome et proactive les projets confiés.

Vous savez mener des campagnes d’entretien (entretien annuel, réévaluation des salaires selon notre career path…) 

Vous êtes l’interlocuteur clé des managers de votre périmètre en conseils RH.


Recrutement : 

Vous serez en charge du périmètre de la Tech, et un des sujets stratégiques est le recrutement des meilleurs talents pour notre équipe. Vous avez donc une solide expérience en recrutement sur ces profils complexes à recruter (Software Engineer, Data Analyst…). En termes de volume, cela représente entre 5 et 10 recrutements par an.


Gestion du disciplinaire : 

Vous gérez les dossiers disciplinaires et analysez les informations transmises, en ayant un grand rôle de conseil auprès des managers.


Nous sommes dans une logique d’amélioration continue et à côté des tâches listées, il y a toujours de nouveaux projets à mettre en place (refonte des modèles de contrats de travail, mise à jour des fiches de poste de l’entreprise, mise en place de processus métiers, etc.) et nous sommes preneur de vos idées!


Ton Profil :

- Issu d'un Master 2 en RH (IAE, école de commerce...)

- Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur un poste RH et/ou Talent Acquisition sur une population Tech/IT (pré-requis indispensable)

- Tu as un esprit d'équipe et sait communiquer avec les différentes parties prenantes

- La rigueur est ta qualité première, mais tu sais aussi te montrer proactif

- A l’aise dans les environnements digitaux, tu maîtrises les outils informatiques (Excel, outils RH, Linkedin Recruiter, etc...)

- Très bon niveau d'Anglais écrit et oral
