Associate, Finance

We are looking for a talented Associate, Finance to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• Help communicate with project teams to check billing status, updates, and instructions
• Assist in following up on invoices per team instructions
• Provide administrative support to Accounts Payable (i.e., process vendor payments and review expense reports)
• Flag unusual transactions, inconsistencies, or problems with Finance Manager
• Perform ad hoc analyses as needed
• Create and issue invoicing

Qualifications

• Comfortable with technology and learning new programs/systems (Concur, Microsoft Dynamics and Business Central)
• Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departmental functions
• Great attention to detail, as well as the ability to investigate and resolve problems
• Proactive and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance,or other relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (0 – 2 years preferred)

The base salary for this position is between $50,000 to $65,000 commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
