Associate Technical Consultant (Remote)

As the Associate Technical Consultant, you will serve as the trusted advisor for our day-to-day management of eligibility files for our clients and as a technical expert for the Eligibility Implementations team that will work with other team members and collaborate across the Professional Services departments to deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes for our clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Consults with the team on recommended practices and policies for how to best implement eligibility files.
  • Provides technical expertise to assist with testing and rollout support of eligibility solutions for client implementations.
  • Works closely with Application Consultants to troubleshoot and resolve eligibility file-related issues.
  • Understands and tracks individual performance metrics to stay on target for eligibility file service level agreements.
  • Adheres to the delivery of best practices and standards to support successful outcomes.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.
  • External/internal implementation project background preferred
  • A minimum of 1-3 years related work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to analyze problems, document needs and communicate these needs to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a virtual collaborative environment.
  • The individual must have a strong customer service philosophy and skills; thrive in a team environment as well as in an individual setting; demonstrate impeccable organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills; have a willingness to take on new projects; results-driven; comfortable setting aggressive goals and exceeding them.

The compensation for this role is $22.50 - $24.00 per hour.

Compensation Range: 22.50 - $24.00 per hour
