AIS Guidance Center Representative

The AIS Guidance Center Representative will provide support for all clients of AIS regarding trading and brokerage account matters. They will serve as a critical resource for sales related inquiries for the purpose of directing the client to a specialist or meeting the needs on a point-of-sale basis. Emphasis is placed on providing clients with a positive experience that includes undivided attention and knowledgeable service and ensuring the customer's best interests are our number one priority. Our goal is to simplify the customer experience and deliver outstanding service to every customer, every time. Inbound representatives will also assist account beneficiaries with the transfer of inherited assets.

This person will:


• Provide comprehensive guidance and support as well as timely follow up and excellent customer service to clients regarding securities transactions, brokerage account activity and other capital market matters. Accurately enter securities transactions received from authorized/verified clients into the clearing firm system.
• Establish new self-directed client relationships by meeting with clients in person or assisting prospective clients over the phone. Describe investment options and current services available to new and existing clients.
• Review and provide timely, accurate responses to questions received from clients in various shared mailboxes.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns to current Guidance Center clients. Reintroduce the Guidance Center as servicing agent and seek to schedule account review meetings with colleagues of the Guidance Center team.
• Assist beneficiaries with the transfer of inherited assets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complete Best Execution review by sampling executed trades and comparing executions to industry reports.

Education
Associate's Degree Business, Finance or Accounting, Required.

Experience
1-3 years Brokerage/Investment or background in the financial industry. Required.
3-5 years Brokerage/Investment/Operations, Preferred.

Licenses and Certifications
Series 7-Stockbroker Exam within 3 months, Required.
Other Series 63 and Series 65 Licenses or Series 66 License within 6 months, Required.
