Human Resources Coordinator - job 1 of 2

Description:

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Enters employee information into and retrieves data from the HRIS and generates needed reports.
  • Is an administrator of the LMS (Learning Management System) and plans, organizes, coordinates and tracks training activities
  • Supports the recruitment and hiring process, as needed
  • Schedules, coordinates, and facilitates weekly new-hire orientation
  • Coordinates meetings, events, and activities as directed by the HR Director
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resources information
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 2-3+ of HR/admin experince

- Experience with training/orientation is highly preferred

- Must have admin experince

-Experience with a LMS (learning management system)

-View Point experince is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
