DescriptionSenior Position:• Maintain and update NetSuite inventory and purchase orders• Collaborate with project managers to review and monitor job budget for each project before purchases are made• Monitor the progress of each budget weekly and report to the respective project managers regarding labor and material costs• Coordinate purchase orders and inventory levels on all manufacturing materials with Parts manager and Purchasing managers• Track physical inventory weekly with the Parts Manager and adjust for cycle counts• Communicate various issues and reconcile accounts with vendors• Review and approve all department related disbursements• Maintain positive relationship with suppliers and new vendors• Assist with company financial auditsSkillsPurchasing, Procurement, Erp, oracle, Purchase order, Negotiation, Supply chain, manufacturingTop Skills DetailsPurchasing,Procurement,Erp,oracle,Purchase orderAdditional Skills & QualificationsManufacturing experience preferredExperience with an ERP other than Netsuite can be okayExperience LevelExpert LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.26Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
