Job Title: Senior Financial AnalystJob DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the preparation of monthly financial reports, financial analysis, and budgeting. This role requires a high level of analytical skills and the ability to work closely with various departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.Responsibilities• Ensure the monthly close and reporting processes run smoothly using financial management applications.• Produce executive reporting packages, consolidated financial statements, and program-level reporting.• Assist with the development and maintenance of reports in financial reporting software.• Perform data validation between reporting platforms.• Work with users to identify inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions.• Provide actual vs. budget and trend variance analysis.• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.Essential Skills• Forecasting• Budgeting• Reporting• Financial reporting• Financial analysis• Financial statement preparation• ReconciliationAdditional Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance• 4+ years of experience in a relevant field• CPA is preferredWork EnvironmentThe role offers great health benefits and a 401k match.
