Account Associate, Renewals

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.• You will maximise customer retention rates through inside sales techniques over the phone and email• You will look after a high-volume of sales opportunities through different platforms and products in the South East Asia market• You will manage renewals across differing engagement models (enterprise subscription renewal outreach, proactive cloud migration outreach, proactive expansion outreach)• You are going to increase customer awareness of Atlassian's product portfolio to find opportunities for platform migrations and up-selling during the renewals cycle• You will maintain an understanding of product updates and new offerings and articulate those improvements to customers as you build customer relationships throughout the renewal lifecycleYour background:• Enterprise software renewals sales, account management and customer success• You have the skills to understand technology and promote a value proposition to customers• Sales opportunity pipeline management and forecasting using CRM software• Engage customers with a consultative, solution-oriented approach in discovering new opportunities• Collaboration with internal and external parties to reduce churn and expand customer base• Upsell and cross-sell products, or renew customers in the SaaS industry• You have used Salesforce.com or other CRM toolsOur perks & benefitsAtlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
