As Senior Product Manager on the Loom Enterprise team, you will define strategy and build experiences for our emerging Enterprise segment. What You'll Do
Own vision and product strategy for performance and security functionality for Loom Enterprise
Develop a deep understanding of our users and the market to ensure we are driving innovation and building for customer needs.
Work across engineering, sales, design, data, research, and marketing to define and ship the roadmap.
Find opportunities to leverage new technologies and build secure, innovative experiences for the Enterprise.
Set team goals and north star metrics that align with Loom's mission and drive maximum impact on our users and business.
Your Background
5+ years of product management experience
You have experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams
You believe in the power of video and its ability to transform communication at work
You have a working knowledge of technical systems in order to understand engineering-driven prioritization trade-offs
You're customer-driven, with a willingness to get into the weeds
You're an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
You make things happen. You manage ambiguity and complexity affecting many stakeholders in an organized and structured way

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $162,000 - $216,000
Zone B: $145,800 - $194,400
Zone C: $134,500 - $179,300
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
