Who we are

In this role, the Director, Brand Design & Creative will spearhead the creative vision and development of all content initiatives across various platforms and formats to enhance engagement, generate leads, and boost brand awareness. We seek a strategic partner and collaborative leader who excels in creative direction, production, editing, and shooting, with a strong understanding of B2B audiences and a passion for storytelling. You will work closely with your team of 4 designers, a video producer and design operations along with a team of cross-functional marketers to create top-tier creative work, maintaining a consistent voice across all touchpoints.


The ideal candidate has experience in brand marketing and has worked across diverse channels and platforms. They possess an ability to install their unique perspective, advanced design skills, and their keen eye for style to leave a lasting impression on Attentive’s brand and our customers. Their portfolio showcases bold, on-strategy creative that meets measurable business objectives. They are adept at presenting concepts and creative strategies to leadership and generating enthusiasm and buy-in from stakeholder teams to achieve results.


Why Attentive needs you


  • Guide an internal team of designers in developing creative briefs that integrate brand strategy, campaign goals, and the customer journey into a distinct creative approach tailored to each campaign. Provide clear direction, visual inspiration, and style guides
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to create cohesive and engaging narratives that resonate across multiple platforms. Work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and product marketers
  • Integrate the visual brand identity with the company's core narrative
  • Work across various formats and channels to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand presence. This includes large-scale events, websites, presentation materials, promotional items, and more
  • Collaborate with external creative agencies, managing and directing sessions, and providing guidance on creative decks
  • Monitor the performance of created assets, capture insights and learnings, and apply creative best practices for each platform

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in the design industry and 5+ years leading creative teams
  • Must have experience in B2b SaaS
  • Proven expertise in overseeing both creative and production teams
  • Proven ability in balancing innovative ideas with practical execution, understanding both the big picture and intricate details
  • Experience using design to influence strategic decision making, communicate strategic concepts, and facilitate understanding
  • Adept at developing identities for emerging products within larger product ecosystems
  • Demonstrated success in leading design teams and managing large-scale projects efficiently, while identifying and addressing gaps in the design process to improve quality and Extensive network of valuable contacts within the creative industry
  • Fluency in video and static tools and specs
  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace, Webflow

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150k - $200k base + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
