Who we are

Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment? Do you love conquering your to-do list, while helping others crush theirs? Attentive is looking for a full-time Group Administrative Assistant to support our marketing team and leadership. The role requires that you support the leaders across marketing and lead several team wide initiatives including brand merchandise and ordering, organizing team events and offsites and other team projects as assigned. 


Why Attentive needs you
  • Be the primary support for our marketing leadership (CMO & VP’s) and others as needed
  • Calendar management using Google calendar in a rapid and ever-changing environment
  • Coordinate and participate in both internal and external meetings, and events including monthly team meetings and leadership meetings
  • Assist with travel arrangements when needed
  • Create and manage new employee team onboarding processes
  • Help create and manage team meeting presentations including Marketing All Hands, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and a Marketing Team Year in Review
  • Set meeting agendas, note-taking during internal and external meetings, and summarize the leadership and team level action items in recap emails
  • Help curate our employee swag program
  • Prepare, correct and approve monthly expense reports
  • Lead and manage the internal Attentive merchandise store and process, including ordering and distribution
  • Complete projects and special assignments on an as needed basis


About you
  • 2+ years of Marketing associate or Administrative Assistant experience required
  • Preference for candidates located in PST or MST timezones
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all times
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Detail oriented and results-driven 
  • Fast learner and self starter who searches for answers and provides solutions
  • A strong sense of urgency
  • Strong technical skills: Google calendar, Google suite, Outlook, Powerpoint, Expensify
  • A passion for helping people and solving problems
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as required or as assigned by the management team
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $100,000 base + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
