Role: Field Marketing Operations Specialist

Location: RTP, NC-Onsite

Field Marketing Operations Specialist
As the Field Marketing Operations Program Manager for Cisco’s Collaboration Marketing team, you will
ensure memorable interactions and experiences for our customers partnering with sales-facing Field
Marketing Managers tdevelop and deliver event details and pipeline impact measurements.
 

Responsibilities
Help manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams, and report status to
managers
Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, methodologies and best practices in the
support, documentation and/or management of people, events, programs and processes
Support financial operations for Field Marketing
Partner with Field Marketing Manager tensure budgets are maintained for each
event/activation, esp. post event
Scope out, cost out and reserve venue locations for Field Marketing events and activations;
submit and manage contracts for venues, swag, F&B, and vendors
Manage submission for net new vendors in Smart Buy, where needed
Support event/activation management for Field Marketing
Request & manage Meeting IDs, Campaign Hub SharePoint Pages, & SFDC Campaigns
Ensure Campaign Hub is up tdate with events details, as they are created or changed
Partner with Field Marketing Manager tcreate Webex spaces for upcoming events, tactics
or programs, and ensure every stakeholder is included for action & visibility
Support the Field Marketing Managers with space posts and other messages for
opportunity impact before and after each event
Manage & track registrations for events in flight; create & maintain related SFDC Reports
Plan on-site organization & operations including, but not limited tsignage, parking/valet,
name badges, check-in table and process, etc.
Support run-the-business operations for Field Marketing
Maintain all resource docs for Field Marketing processes
Manage bi-weekly, monthly, and Quarterly Business Review decks and reporting
Populate Event Details in Event Overview document for leadership updates
Upload attendee lists tSFDC after each event/activation
Maintain all team templates for Pre-Event, Know Before You Go, and Event Recaps
 

Qualifications
3+ years of experience with as-a-service businesses and Field Marketing
Tenacious in follow ups, excellent in influencing delivery without authority
Ability torganize and prioritize work, maintain multiple programs and projects at once, meet
deadlines, work with a team, and work individually with limited guidance
Desire tlearn, connect the dots, understand how the overall business and strategy is impacted
by individual tasks and deliverables and ability tpivot and respond tchanging prioritiesFluency with Microsoft Office applications, esp. PowerPoint and SharePoint, and SFDC reports
and dashboards
Understanding of Marketing, Field Marketing, and Marketing Event
