Reporting to the Chief People Officer as a member of the People Leadership Team, you will be pivotal in driving strategic people initiatives and operational excellence.


Why Attentive needs you
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the CPO and senior leadership to operationalize the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Data-Driven Insights: Lead with a vision for how our analytics team can transform the employee experience and inform strategic decisions. You’ll scope and design larger projects that use data to deeply understand people challenges, connecting insights to real-world people strategies that elevate Attentive’s culture. This role goes beyond numbers—it’s about seeing the story data tells and shaping it into meaningful actions that empower leaders and enhance organizational health
  • Operational Efficiency: Drive team planning and alignment to ensure the People Team operates cohesively on key strategic projects. You’ll streamline processes and establish frameworks that support cross-functional collaboration, making it easier for our team to execute high-impact initiatives. By optimizing how we work together, you’ll enable the People Team to deliver meaningful, scalable solutions aligned with Attentive’s goals
  • Performance Measurement: Inspire action by establishing clear, impactful metrics that illuminate our progress and areas for growth. You’ll guide the People Team and leaders across the organization to leverage these insights, translating data into compelling narratives that drive accountability and fuel continuous improvement. By fostering a data-informed culture, you’ll empower teams to make decisions that enhance Attentive’s high-performance environment
  • Change Leadership: Galvanize the leadership team and the broader People Team with a data-driven perspective that encourages adaptability and alignment with Attentive’s goals. You’ll use insights to drive strategic shifts, ensuring our focus and tactics remain closely tied to desired outcomes. By championing a culture of agility and purpose, you’ll empower leaders and teams to evolve thoughtfully, maximizing impact and fostering a highly aligned, outcome-focused environment across the organization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships across functions, facilitating smooth communication and alignment on HR initiatives to address business challenges effectively


About You
  • 8+ Years of Strategy Experience: Proven background in analytics, consulting, people strategy, and large-scale strategic projects
  • Strong Consulting and Project Management Skills: Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution
  • Analytical and Data-Oriented: Adept at using data to inform strategy, tell a story about impact, and optimize processes
  • Exceptional Communication and Collaboration Skills: Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • Change Agent and Problem Solver: Comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in identifying areas for improvement, and skilled at implementing practical, scalable solutions
  • Proven People Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams. You excel at inspiring and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives high performance and growth

For US based applicants:

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $185,000 - $210,000 annually + equity + benefits

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
