As an Agency Recruiting Coordinator, you help ensure our team is delivering the information market areas need to make informed decisions. You work with a variety of databases, spreadsheets and online platforms to collect and package data for each request.• Distill complex data from multiple locations into easily understandable communications and reports• Enter data into databases or data management systems, ensuring the data is consistent, accurate and properly organized within the database• Directly support the coordination of our MOA hiring process and prepare data to process agent terminations• Create and update monthly reporting, including reconciliations• Assist in developing reports and strategy content for field leadership• Support the development of visual representations of data using data visualization tools or software, including charts, graphs and dashboards to present data analysis findings in a clear and concise mannerQualifications• Strong technical acumen, ability to work with a variety of platforms and databases• Demonstrated learning agility with a willingness and desire for continued learning and development• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make the complex simple; adapts communication style as needed for the audience and context.• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration• Ability to assess a situation and proactively take or drive action.• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, OneNote, Outlook)• Ability to drive pace and provide a high-quality product with a fast turnaround• Ability to prioritize requests and acts as a self-starter• Demonstrated change mindset; consistently looking for opportunities to improve processes• Detail-oriented and strong organization skillsSkills• Organizational Perceptiveness• Data & Analytics Acumen• Detail Orientation• Data Visualization• Problem SolvingCompetencies:• Adaptability• Communication• Initiative• Relationship Building• Quality
