In this highly visible role, we are hiring an energized, inclusive, and forward-thinking Senior IT Security Specialist - Vulnerability & Lifecycle Management to join our global IT team in Poland (100% remote working) with a direct reporting line to our Senior Manager, Vulnerability Management based in the U.S.

Your mission:

  • Be Our Cybersecurity Detective: Uncover vulnerabilities, analyze risks, and develop strategies to strengthen our defenses across our on-premise infrastructure and endpoints.
  • Lead the Charge in Vulnerability Management: Take ownership of the vulnerability lifecycle, from identification and prioritization to remediation, ensuring our security policies are upheld.
  • Master the Art of Asset Management: Become the maestro of our IT asset inventory, meticulously tracking hardware, software, licenses, and end-of-support dates. Ensure compliance, anticipate future needs, and drive upgrades or replacements.
  • Empower with Data: Craft insightful reports and dashboards that illuminate the status of our IT assets and lifecycle stages, enabling data-driven decisions to optimize our processes.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Embrace continuous learning, diving into cybersecurity concepts, vendor technologies, and emerging threats to remain at the forefront of this dynamic field.
  • Become a Tech Guru: Rapidly master new cybersecurity platforms and technologies, leveraging provided resources and training to expand your skillset.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Partner with vendors to troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and ensure our systems are running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • You've got the smarts: A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Bonus points if you've got certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA!
  • You're a seasoned pro: With 3+ years under your belt in information security, networking, or systems administration, you've tackled vulnerability and configuration management in a real-world enterprise environment.
  • You're a security enthusiast: You geek out over information security and have a deep understanding of Linux, Windows, and Mac systems. Configuration management, vulnerability management, and patching? You know them inside and out. Plus, you're always on top of the latest threats and trends.
  • You're a master communicator: You can effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and you have a knack for influencing others.
