Avis Greece is on the hunt for an HR Associate who will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. 🎯 Your Mission:

Recruitment & Selection:

  • Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Ensure all required documentation is collected and filed accurately.
  • Facilitate exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding protocols are followed.

Benefits Administration:

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.

Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
  • Maintain training records and identify development opportunities.

General Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Support HR team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Participate in organizing HR events and activities.
  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in human resources/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
  • Team Player: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
  • Effective Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Work Ethic: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
