HR Associate

Avis Greece is on the hunt for an HR Associate who will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. 🎯 Your Mission:

Recruitment & Selection:

Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
Ensure all required documentation is collected and filed accurately.
Facilitate exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding protocols are followed.

Benefits Administration:

Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve benefit-related issues.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and support.

Training & Development:

Coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.
Maintain training records and identify development opportunities.

General Administrative Support:

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Support HR team members with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Participate in organizing HR events and activities.

Educational Background: Master’s degree in human resources/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
Team Player: Exhibit a strong team spirit, ethical conduct, and reliability while also being capable of working independently.
Effective Multi-Tasking: Manage multiple ongoing tasks with shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Work Ethic: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Experienced in utilizing HR software and adept at working with Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
