Position: Business Analyst
Location: Malaga Spain (Hybrid 4 days onsite a week)
Duration: Long Term B2B Contract
Job Description:
• Participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.
• Supporting the product owner with decision making, serving as the 'bridge' between developers and product stakeholders.
• Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.
• Foresee customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Update products' functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
• Testing responsibilities: support the SDET in the testing scenario generation and testing data/files creation plus lead the UAT (define & perform the user acceptance testing as well as report bugs and testing results)
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members
EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- 1-2 years of experience using the required technologies and tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience In TDD/BDD practices
EDUCATION
Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. Technical background would be a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Essential:
• Agile Methodologies.
• User level knowledge JIRA, ALM (Application Life-cycle Management) and Microsoft Teams tools.
• Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Proactive and Oriented to results.
• Good change management.
• Spanish would be a plus.
• Supply chain finance products (ej. Confirming) would be a plus.
• Payment methods and accounting knowledge would be a plus.
