Skills
Proficiency with electronics design for mass-produced devices
Experience with component selection and circuit design
Strong hands-on proficiency with electronics characterization and testing
Proficiency with schematic design tools and collaboration with PCB engineers
Experience with regulatory tests and standards
Responsibilities
Update in-market circuit designs to address component obsolescence and improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and manufacturing
Execute bench verification and performance evaluation of components and circuits
Perform debug, failure analysis, and rework of electronics systems
Improve or modify embedded high-density, high-speed mixed-signal electronic circuits
Define, plan, implement, and inspect printed circuit board layout updates
Test and evaluate basic RF performance of wireless circuitry
Provide hardware support for regulatory compliance team
Update, evaluate, and finalize Bill of Materials and other design documentation
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
