Environmental Specialist (Onsite)

As an Environmental Specialist at Axon, your primary responsibilities will include managing the Environmental Management System, overseeing compliance with environmental regulations, conducting audits, and developing sustainability programs. You'll also be involved in managing waste streams, carbon emissions projects, and training employees on environmental policies.

To qualify for the Environmental Specialist role at Axon, you should have at least five years of experience in industrial environmental roles and a bachelor's degree in an environmental-related field. Additional qualifications include knowledge of EPA regulations, project management skills, and strong analytical abilities.

As an Environmental Specialist at Axon, you can anticipate regular travel between the various sites in the Phoenix Metro area, ranging from 20% to 70% of your time. There may also be occasional national or international travel once or twice a year, depending on project requirements.
