Technical Account Manager, Software Services - job 1 of 3
Axon is dedicated to protecting life through innovative technology for law enforcement agencies. We seek a Technical Account Manager to provide support and facilitate software adoption for our clients.
Skills
- Technical support experience

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for technical support
- Support the deployment team in configuring and testing Axon products
- Work with law enforcement agencies for software onboarding and adoption
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Document issues and suggestions for product improvements
- Provide training to agency staff on Axon's products
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams
- Participate in team meetings to improve support processes
- Provide onsite support to customers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field
