Demand Generation Manager – K-12 Education At Pearson, we’re committed to a world that’s always learning and to our talented team who makes it all possible. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence in K-12 school districts, parochial and private schools, charter schools, and juvenile justice agencies. Your primary focus will be on promoting our Advanced Placement, Honors, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum. You will drive revenue growth through the development and execution of targeted outbound marketing campaigns, while working closely with sales teams to communicate compelling value propositions to key decision-makers.Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:Minimum full-time salary range is between $80,000 to $90,000This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan, and information on benefits offered ishere.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Development: Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of school districts and other secondary education entities, including email marketing, cold calling, and direct mail.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure cohesive messaging.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of outbound campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Content Creation: Develop compelling content for outbound campaigns, including emails, call scripts, and promotional materials.Program Mapping: Collaborate with teams to connect marketing programs with relevant sales activities. Continuously assess and optimize program-product mappings for better customer experience and marketing results.Marketing Strategy and Performance Analysis: Analyze metrics and data to evaluate the success of marketing programs. Develop compelling messaging and positioning for our products. Use market insights to influence product development. Monitor CRM for performance related to lead generation, emerging opportunities, and close rate.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, including Higher Education Product and Product Marketing teams, to ensure smooth integration of taxonomies, program mappings, and commercialization efforts for the K-12 market. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and analysts to create effective marketing materials.
