Here, you’ll have the chance to assist the Enterprise Technology and Data Governance framework by developing guidance and approaches to funding cooperative agreement projects that include the intended acquisition of data. We’re looking for someone like you to ensure that data acquired through cooperative agreements is subject to appropriate terms and conditions, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.
As a Data Governance Specialist, you’ll analyze information technology (IT) requirements in cloud business processes, through requirements elicitation, solutions identification, risk analysis and collaboration across stakeholders. You'll apply risk management and quality control principles, theories, and concepts and develop documentation, including technical requirements and design. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to users.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in healthcare policy, public health research, and data analysis
Experience managing technical requirements and supporting healthcare programs
Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Ability to translate and validate use cases and architectural and technical requirements implemented in products and services
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Experience supporting cloud projects
Experience collecting requirements for IT programs
Experience with the optimization of cloud-based applications for performance, resource efficiency, and cost
Experience with systems analysis
Experience with quality assurance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
